		<description>Nice catch.  I was wondering when they were going to update the guidance on timekeeping.  The original PDF was developed back in the ESX 2.x days when there was no such thing as a multi-core CPU.  It was easy to become CPU constrained back then, but with today&#039;s modern CPUs it is less of an issue.
